Recent trademark and financial documents for the business Linlo Beauty are linked to actress Lindsay Lohan, who last year teased that she was working on a skin care line

Actress Lindsay Lohan is potentially gearing up to launch a beauty brand called Linlo Beauty, according to trademark and financial documents.

A trademark application for Linlo Beauty was made on 2 April this year, according to filings with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Lohan’s business entity Crossheart Productions is listed as the owner.

The filing encompasses a wide range of cosmetics, including body cream, cleansing milk, eye cream, gel eye patches, sunscreen, make-up, nail polish and self-tanning cream.

Lohan revealed last year that she was developing a skin care line.

In an interview with Elle magazine, the former child star said: “It is taking a long time because I am very specific, because I am crazy about my skin and health.”

Lohan, who found fame in films such as The Parent Trap and Freaky Friday and recently starred in the sequel Freakier Friday, also mentioned she was testing serums for the line.

In a further filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 22 July 2026, first reported by Beauty Independent, Lohan is listed as a related person to Linlo Beauty, along with her husband Bader Shammas.

Lara Verdugo, a former executive at pharmaceutical company ISDN and Procter & Gamble, according to her LinkedIn profile, has been named CEO of Linlo Beauty.

Lohan is not the only celebrity reported to be entering beauty.

Singer Tate McRae could be gearing up to launch her own beauty brand, according to a recent trademark filing.

Harper Beckham, the 14-year-old daughter of Victoria and David Beckham, is rumoured to be following in the footsteps of her mother with the launch of her own beauty brand.

Meanwhile, Euphoria actress Sydney Sweeney is also potentially gearing up to create a beauty business following the launch of her lingerie brand Syrn.

This is despite several high-profile failures of celebrity-backed lines, including actress and chat show host Drew Barrymore’s Flower Beauty, model Kate Moss’ Cosmoss, and singer Gwen Stefani’s Gxve Beauty.
