Industry veteran Paul Schiraldi has been named CEO of Ilia Beauty.
He succeeds Lynda Berkowitz, who is stepping down after nearly eight years at the helm of the cosmetics brand.
Berkowitz grew the company from US$2m to $200m in revenue during her tenure.
Schiraldi will be responsbile for leading Ilia's growth and driving forward its product innovation and global expansion.
“Over the last decade I have watched Ilia lead the clean beauty space, bringing innovation to the industry and building a beloved product portfolio – all while creating a strong, global community of fans across multiple generations," said Schiraldi.
"I am honored to have the opportunity to join Sasha [Plavsic, founder of Ilia] and the entire Ilia team to help shape the next chapter of Ilia’s story.”

Schiraldi is a seasoned beauty executive, having most recently served as CEO of Unilever-owned skin care brand Murad.
Prior to this he was VP, GM USA, for skin care brand Dermalogica.
Schiraldi is also a L’Oréal veteran, having worked for the French beauty giant for 17 years.
Positions he held during his tenure included VP, GM, for Matrix & Biolage USA, GM for Redken Australia and VP of Marketing for L’Oréal Professionnel.
Ilia Beauty was founded in 2011 by Sasha Plavsic and offers a range of skin care-focused make-up products.
The ‘clean’ brand was acquired by the Courtin-Clarins family for an undisclosed sum in 2022.
