Charlotte Tilbury has revealed a new campaign for International Women’s Day.

The UK make-up brand is donating all sales of its Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray sold on International Women’s Day to not-for-profit Motorsport UK.

It serves as an expansion of its collaboration with F1 Academy, an initiative which supports the careers and development of female drivers in the sport.

Chloe Chong, one of the youngest drivers in F1 at the age of just 17, is also fronting the new campaign.

Chong has been confirmed to participate in F1 Academy’s racing event in 2025 and will drive the ‘Charlotte Tilbury operated by Rodin Motorsport’ car.

The vehicle has been designed with the brand’s signature night crimson and rose gold colour scheme, and is emblazoned with the brand’s Hot Lips icon.

“I’m super happy to be making a return to F1 Academy this season and to be representing Charlotte Tilbury,” said Chong.

“When I was first introduced to the brand, I instantly felt at home with their ethos of championing the magic of confidence and big dreams in order to achieve goals.

“I truly believe in setting myself up for success; so joining the Charlotte Tilbury family feels just like that.”

Charlotte Tilbury, a Puig-owned business, made a deal with the F1 Academy last year to encourage increased female involvement in motorsport.

“I am so proud to have been the first female founder and the first beauty brand to sponsor F1 Academy and support its incredible, fearless female drivers,” said founder and President Tilbury.

“With this partnership, we will use our global platform to celebrate and amplify this new generation of inspiring young female drivers, opening up the traditionally male-dominated world of motorsport to even more talented young women.”

Beauty has been increasingly turning to the high-octane racing event as its latest money wellspring.

Elemis became the first-ever skin care partner of the Aston Martin Aramco Formula 1 team in February 2025, sealing a multi-year deal that aims to “promote inclusivity” in F1.

Givenchy Parfums, meanwhile, unveiled Formula 1 driver Pierre Gasly as an ambassador for its Gentleman Givenchy line of men’s fragrances in February.

More recently, F1 driver Carlos Sainz was appointed as L'Oréal Paris’ brand ambassador.

The Spanish racer, who is contracted to compete for the Williams F1 team in 2025, will front the brand’s Elvive hair care line.
