Charlotte Tilbury CEO Demetra Pinset is leaving the make-up brand after 14 years.
Pinset, who has served as CEO of the Puig-owned cosmetics brand since its inception in 2012, has been confirmed to be departing the company.
A Charlotte Tilbury company statement shared with Cosmetics Business read: “As Charlotte Tilbury continues its remarkable growth, Demetra Pinsent has decided to leave the business to pursue new opportunities.
“Charlotte [Tilbury, MBE, founder of the brand] will continue to lead the business.
“Charlotte and Puig would like to thank Demetra for her tremendous dedication and contribution to building the business and wish her all the very best for the future.”
Pinset was part of the team to take Charlotte Tilbury from a start-up and turn it into a billion-dollar business, with the company acquired by Spanish conglomerate Puig in 2020.
It has gone on to become a ‘standout’ performer for the beauty conglomerate, playing an instrumental role in Puig's revenue surpassing €5bn in 2025.
Pinset was also recognised in HM The King’s New Year Honours List 2026, named an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in recognition of her services to beauty and business.
