Stila Cosmetics has appointed Mary Rodrigues CMO as the brand continues its strategic plans to scale up.
Rodrigues will serve as a member of the make-up company’s leadership team, overseeing brand and product marketing, creative, consumer insights, membership and global communications.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in the global beauty, luxury and prestige retail industries to the role.
Rodrigues will report to Stila Cosmetics’ CEO Michelle Kluz, who is “thrilled” to welcome the marketing expert to the team.
"She is a visionary brand and marketing leader who will inject fresh perspective as Stila Cosmetics continues to grow,” said Kluz.
Stila Cosmetics has big growth plans, having recently tapped up two former Estée Lauder Companies employees to join its advisory board.
Rodrigues’ previous leadership roles include Senior Vice President of Marketing and E-commerce for RéVive skin care, where she helped the brand achieve “exceptional” growth.
She also worked as President of indie dermatologist brand MDSolarSciences, General Manager of teeth whitening system Supersmile and has held several marketing positions at beauty conglomerate Estée Lauder.
“I am so thrilled to have joined the Stila Cosmetics team as CMO,” Rodrigues posted on LinkedIn.
