Stila Cosmetics appoints Estée Lauder veterans to advisory board to boost growth

Industry execs Daniel Annese and Beth DiNardo will help the make-up brand drive forward its strategic plans to “scale up”

Stila Cosmetics has tapped up two former Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) employees to join its advisory board.

Experienced industry executives Daniel Annese and Beth DiNardo will help the US cosmetics brand “scale up” and “accelerate its strategic initiatives”.

Annese, currently President of Future Solution Consulting, is an Estée Lauder veteran.

He held many leadership positions at the company in his 25-year tenure, including Senior Vice President and Global General Manager, where he facilitated the expansion of Estée Lauder.

Annese also served as Global Brand President for Aramis Fragrances and Designer Fragrances and was a member of ELC’s Executive Leadership Team, responsible for providing strategic direction and brand development. 

DiNardo has 25 years’ industry experience and has also worked for beauty conglomerate ELC.

She was a member of the Executive Leadership team for ten years as well as Global President of Smashbox Cosmetics, helping the make-up brand achieve double-digit growth.

DiNardo also worked as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Clinique Laboratories, where she enhanced its product-focused market strategies.

Kluz joined Stila Cosmetics in August 2022 to help expand the make-up brand’s reach, especially through key retailer partnerships

Previously she was CEO of barre brand Pure Barre and CEO of Sydney, Australia-based consumer goods conglomerate BBRC.
