Stila Cosmetics shakes up C-suite with new CFO and COO appointment

Steven Rosen is now CFO at the make-up brand, while Dave Reece has been appointed COO to help accelerate the make-up brand’s ‘commitment to growth’

Stila Cosmetics has announced two sénior leadership appointments to help fuel its growth, naming Steve Rosen CFO and David Reece COO. 

The executives bring “decades of industry expertise and leadership experience” to the roles, said the make-up brand in a statement, helping to reinforce its “commitment to growth and innovation”.

The appointments come as Stila Cosmetics looks to expand its portfolio globally in its 31st year of business.

Rosen has more than 30 years experience in the cosmetics industry, most recently serving as CFO for skin care brand ZO Skin Health.

Before this, he spent 22 years at Estée Lauder Companies in various finance and M&A roles for brands such as Crème de la Mer, Jo Malone London, Aramis, Designer Fragrances and Becca Cosmetics.

Reece has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the beauty, health and wellness industries, most recently working as COO at California-based personal health brand Ritual.

He has also held leadership roles at Herbalife, Beachbody and Beautycounter.
