Longevity stays buzzy 

Future beauty forecasting from in-cosmetics Global 2024
Longevity is one of 2024’s biggest beauty buzzwords, with major names including L’Oréal and Estée Lauder investing in this area.

The sway longevity science holds over beauty was highlighted by the ingredients that scooped gold and silver in the active ingredients category at this year’s in-cosmetics Global Innovation Zone Best Ingredient Award. 

Gold went to new Eterwell Youth from dsm-firmenich, the first active cosmetic ingredient to have full senolytic substantiation in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo – and the debut ingredient in what dsm-firmenich promises will be a full range of senolytics.
