Charlotte Tilbury Beauty has unveiled the transformation of its flagship travel retail counter at London Heathrow Terminal 5.
The brand says the reopening of the store marks a significant milestone for its first-ever airport location.
Originally launched in July 2019, the newly refurbished space offers an immersive, service-led beauty experience designed to captivate international travelers.
Customers can explore the brand’s best-sellers and travel-exclusive sets while engaging with interactive elements, such as new digital screens, the Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick Plane and the Hot Lips Way Finder.
To celebrate the grand reopening, the counter hosted a ‘Radiant Re-Opening’ event last month.
The event featured live music, personalised engraving and complimentary Glow + Go skin care services.
The newly-designed counter also offers an array of express beauty services.
A new Charlotte Tilbury skin care bar and a dedicated lead artist demonstration table now provides travellers with one-on-one consultations and bespoke beauty treatments.
Commenting on the renovation, Gregoire Walter, General Manager for Travel Retail at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, said: “With over 40 terminals worldwide, our flagship store at London Heathrow Terminal 5 has always been incredibly special to us.
“This stunning refurbishment brings our vision of instant beauty and happiness to life, and we can’t wait to welcome travellers from all over the world.”
Delphine Poultney, Head of Beauty for global travel retailer Avolta UK, added: “We’re thrilled to unveil this enhanced beauty destination at Heathrow T5.
“This renovation places a greater emphasis on service, offering more consultation touchpoints and dedicated areas for skin care, fragrance and grab-and-go gifting.
“We are confident that our customers will love the elevated Charlotte Tilbury experience.”
