Charlotte Tilbury has appointed former Rabanne Brand VP, Jerome LeLoup, as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
The Puig-owner beauty brand, founded by celebrity make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury, will see LeLoup lead its brand marketing from 2 March.
He will work from the brand’s office in London, UK, as confirmed by LeLoup in a LinkedIn post.
LeLoup has worked at Puig for 13 years, starting as General Manager, Premium & Niche Brands, in 2012, before moving into the Brand VP role with Rabanne in 2019.

“After 25 years in Paris – including the past six at Rabanne – I close an important chapter with pride and gratitude,” LeLoup shared in his LinkedIn post.
“I have immense respect for my team, my colleagues, my partners and my managers, whose trust, support and inspiration made this journey so meaningful.
“On 2 March, I will join Charlotte Tilbury in London as Chief Marketing Officer.
“I look forward to joining the company, working for the visionary leader at the helm of Charlotte Tilbury Beauty.
“I am excited to work for and learn from Charlotte, a strategic and entrepreneurial leader who has a unique point of view on marketing, supporting her continued vision to redefine beauty on the global stage.
“After 13 years within Puig, I remain grateful for the continued trust and opportunities the group provides.”
The appointment comes following news that the brand’s founding CEO, Demetra Pinset, is leaving the company after 14 years.
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is yet to share a statement on the appointment.
