Puig’s fragrance and make-up brands drive record Q3 revenue of €1.4 billion

All of Puig’s business divisions and regions saw revenue growth, with a double-digit increase in niche fragrances, dermocosmetics, make-up and the Asia-Pacific region

Puig has reported a record third quarter 2026, with like-for-like (LFL) net revenue up 5.6% to €1.4bn, driven by fragrances and make-up.

Over the first nine months of the year, the luxury beauty and fashion group’s LFL net revenue grew 4.8% to €3.7bn, with growth across all regions and business units.

Niche fragrances, dermocosmetics and make-up, as well as Asia-Pacific, were “particularly strong” with double-digit growth, said Jose Manuel Albesa, CEO of Puig.

Puig’s make-up division, which represents 17% of revenue and includes Charlotte Tilbury, was the fastest-growing segment in the first nine months of the year, up 12% to €628m.

“I am pleased with our strong and consistent delivery in the first nine months of 2026, with growth of 4.8%, alongside a record third quarter, up 5.6%,” said Albesa.

“Momentum was broad across business segments and regions.

“This performance reflects the strength of our innovations and our distinctive portfolio, and is in line with our outlook for the year.”

Fragrance and fashion delivered “healthy growth” of 3.8% over the nine month period, generating €2.7bn in revenue and 72% of Puig’s total revenue.

Carolina Herrera delivered a “noteworthy” performance, while new fragrance launches, such as Rabanne’s 1 Million Black and Jean Paul Gaultier’s La Favorite, experienced early momentum.

Meanwhile, Puig’s skin care brands, which account for 11% of total revenue, grew 1.3% to €414m in the first nine months of the year.

Dermocosmetics continued to deliver double-digit growth, led by Uriage, however, premium skin care remained soft, continuing the trend of previous quarters.

Puig’s dermocosmetics division is a “strategic long-term focus for the business”, read a company statement.

Last month, the Spanish beauty brand owner fully acquired skin care brand Isdin to deepen its presence in this area.

Puig benefitted from positive currency movements in the third quarter, boosting new revenue by 1.7%, largely due to the strength of the US dollar, reversing the trend in the first half of the year which experienced a negative impact.
