To say Lauren Bridley was stepping into the frying pan when joining Revolution Beauty would be an absolute understatement. 

And after only a year half in the position, Brindley has decided to make her exit – the latest update in what has been a gruelling few years for the fast beauty business. 

The brand found itself in hot water between 2022 and 2023, with one controversy happening after another – we at Cosmetics Business genuinely could not report it all fast enough. 

Whether it was all of former Revolution Beauty founder Adam Minto’s shenanigans being unveiled, or the genuine boardroom war happening with Boohoo, anyone taking all of this on would have their work cut out for them. 

However, once the dust had settled and Brindley assumed her role in September 2023, everything went quiet for a time. 

Then all of a sudden, it felt like Revolution Beauty was back.
