Anabel Kingsley, Consultant Trichologist and Brand President of hair care company Philip Kingsley, has launched her first book which aims to cut through hair misinformation.
Haircare: The Ultimate Guide by Anabel Kingsley is described as an “easy to understand” guide to understanding the hair and scalp, covering health, ageing, stress and “the quiet signals” our bodies send via our hair.
It aims to push back against popular myths – i.e. that hair should be “trained” and that frequent washing is damaging – replacing them with practical, evidence-based advice, while also addressing new trends like hair longevity and the ‘skinification of hair’.
