The technology will support selling directly to consumers on fast-growing marketplaces

THG Commerce has launched a new system to help brands manage sales for online third-party marketplaces such as TikTok, Meta and Amazon.

Businesses will be able to control product listings, orders, payments and logistics from a single dashboard using the marketplace management system.

It also has integration with THG Fulfil, which offers fulfillment and courier services.

The e-commerce platform already offers a white label service managing online stores and operations for brands to sell directly to consumers, such as Elemis, Shu Uemura and Neal’s Yard Remedies.

Richard Ward, CEO at THG Ingenuity called the development a “game-changing” system that will support brands to “effortlessly navigate the ecommerce world across a multitude of platforms” and boost revenue.

He said: “Marketplaces are the fastest-growing retail channel globally, offering consumers variety, competitive pricing and convenience.”

THG Commerce is part of THG Ingenuity, the digital logistics business which was last year spun out of THG, the online retail group behind Lookfantastic and Cult Beauty.

The now-private business has backing from Matt Moulding, the founder and CEO of THG, and Mike Ashley’s Frasers Group, the owner of House of Fraser and Flannels.

Meanwhile THG is set to enter the FTSE 250 in a reshuffle of the share index towards the end of this month.

Moulding said: “Our anticipated inclusion in the FTSE 250 marks an important moment in THG's evolution following the demerger of THG Ingenuity.

“As a global beauty, health and wellness consumer brands group, we continue to make significant progress against our strategic priorities.”
