Lookfantastic has opened its first concept store in Altrincham, Manchester.
The THG-owned retailer said the space builds upon its already extensive history of events and pop-ups, and marks a new way of bridging the gap with its online audience.
This has culminated in a store which will provide services and treatments, including the world’s first in-store Color Wow salon, and a focus on community engagement.
The retailer could have made its debut in a bustling metropolitan beauty hotspot, but Lucy Gorman, Lookfantastic’s CEO, told Cosmetics Business that one of the goals with the store was to support underserved locations.
