It’s no mean feat being L'Oréal’s youngest ever President, but that’s exactly the position Sue Nabi found herself in 2005, reaching a career height others can only dream of at the age of 37.

Nabi is a woman of ‘firsts’: she signalled in the era of diversity by ditching the cosmetics giant’s iconic ‘Because I’m worth it’ slogan in favour of a more inclusive ‘Because we’re worth it’, and championed overlooked mature consumers by hiring Jane Fonda as a brand ambassador.
