Sederma's skin texture refining product was tested on panel of Chinese volunteers

Active cosmetic ingredients supplier Sederma has demonstrated that its skin texture rejuvenating product PoreTect is effective on Asian skins.
The ingredient’s beauty benefits were tested on a panel of Chinese volunteers; after four weeks of twice daily application of a cream containing 3% of PoreTect on the face, 93% of the volunteers found their pores were smoothed, said Sederma.
Moreover, 90% declared their skin was less shiny and 83% said it was firmer.
The self-evaluations were backed up via a clinical evaluation by a trained assessor, who investigated skin shine and firmness, as well as via instrumental evaluation of skin texture using fringe projection.
PoreTect is a super-seed extract combination which is water soluble and complies with the Chinese regulation for cosmetic ingredients.
