Marchisotto will oversee the development and expansion of e.l.f. Skin, e.l.f. Cosmetics, vegan make-up brand Well People, and singer Alicia Keys’ skin care and make-up business Keys Soulcare, according to a report by WWD.
She most recently served as Global Chief Marketing Officer, a role she has held at the company since August 2020.

Before this, Marchisotto was Senior VP of Marketing at make-up brand BareMinerals and has also spent 16 years at Japanese conglomerate Shiseido in several roles.
“When I joined e.l.f. [Beauty] seven years ago, a board member asked for my perspective,” Marchisotto wrote in a LinkedIn post.
“My answer was simple: `all I see is opportunity’.
“Today, after 28 consecutive quarters of growth and record market share gains, e.l.f. [Beauty] continues to defy conventions and lead the industry.
“And still, seven years later, `all I see is opportunity.
“It is in that spirit of abundance, and healthy doses of humility and incredible gratitude, I share that I am transitioning into the newly created role of President of e.l.f. Brands, focused on fuelling our brands, categories and global aspirations, and continuing to support the full enterprise on our executive team.”
Marchisotto’s appointment has been made amid a wider C-suite shuffle at the owner of Hailey Bieber’s beauty brand Rhode, with Oshiya Savur also being named Chief Marketing Officer.
Savur joins e.l.f. Beauty from beauty brand incubator Maesa, where she served as Chief Brand and Marketing Officer for three years.
Marchisotto added in the LinkedIn post: “[Savur] is one of beauty’s most dynamic builders, having led brand, innovation and omnichannel growth across icons like Suave, TRESemmé, Elizabeth Arden, Revlon’s luxury portfolio, Charlotte Tilbury and Maesa.
“She has a rare track record of turning consumer insight into action, driving multiple number-one launches and helping transform Maesa into a leading engine behind some of today’s most talked-about brands.”
E.l.f. Beauty recently reported a 38% increase in sales growth to US$489.5m in its Q3 financials, driven by the blockbuster launch of Rhode at Sephora.
The model’s buzzy beauty brand, which e.l.f. Beauty acquired in August 2025, delivered an “outstanding quarter”, said Tarang Amin, Chairman and CEO of e.l.f. Beauty.
Cosmetics Business has contacted e.l.f. Beauty for a comment.
