Shiseido to launch Za onto the Japanese market
Brand to be stocked in 300 doors in Japan
Japanese cosmetics company Shiseido is launching skin and cosmetics brand Za onto the Japanese market – the brand is currently available in the Asian market and is aimed at women in their 20s.
The Za line-up to be offered in Japan will comprise 54 types of 19 cosmetic items, available at a range of price points. Shiseido has previously been marketing Za in eight countries and regions, positioning it as a masstige brand.
In the first year of its launch in Japan, Za will be rolled out at around 300 variety stores and will be manufactured at Shiseido’s factories in Vietnam and Taiwan.
