Coty and Lacoste have renewed their long-term fragrance license.

The cosmetics maker first started producing perfumes for the fashion label in 2016, as part of the merger with P&G Special Beauty brands.

Since then Coty has launched a new fragrance pillar L’Homme Lacoste and extend the L.12.12 line with French Panache in April 2019.

Edgar Huber, President Coty Luxury, said: "There is a clear synergy between Coty Luxury’s know-how and the exceptional creative inspiration of Lacoste, which is synonymous with boldness, freedom and a certain French elegance.”

Thierry Guibert, CEO of Lacoste, added that he expects the fragrance business will see accelerated growth in the near future.

“Coty Luxury’s expertise and high standards ideally complement the creative spirit at the core of Lacoste, enabling us to generate consistent excellent results together," said Guibert.
