The new Modern Alchemy Collection is based on teachings of Ayurvedic healing, Chinese medicine and Shamanic practices

Beauty brand ESPA has introduced a new skin care line inspired by ancient healing traditions.

Designed to offer a ‘sensorial experience’, the products in the Modern Alchemy Collection are inspired by Ayurvedic teachings, Chinese medicine and Shamanic practices.

Key ingredients in the products include flowers, mushroom extract, adaptogenic roots and herbs, while they are fragranced with ylang ylang, sandalwood and vetiver.

Products include a Cleansing Milk, Purifying Polish, Anointing Bath & Body Oil, Nourishing Balm, Hydrating Lotion and Grounding Crystals (from £35), and are made with balm-to-oil and milk-to-oil formulas.

The products are housed in black and gold packaging, and feature ESPA’s now monogram, which is designed to symbolise natural ingredients.
