The new matte formula is said to hydrate and enrich lips with organic ingredients

Clarins relaunches iconic Joli Rouge Velvet Lipstick

French luxury skin care brand Clarins has released a new version of its hero Joli Rouge Velvet Lipstick in 20 shades (£22).

The new colours - from a Sandy Pink to Royal Plum - are formulated with organic marsh samphire and organic apricot oil to promote a smooth finish.

The lipstick is also said to to hydrate lips for up to six hours and be wearable for up to four hours.

Its predecessors include Joli Rouge and Joli Rouge Brilliant in a satin and shine finish.

The products are now available via clarins.co.uk.
