Natural Spa Factory is investing not just in systems and processes, but in building a workplace where people can thrive. With graduate postings on Reed dropping from 180,000 in 2021 to 55,000 in recent reporting Natural Spa Factory, recognised by the West of England, Good Employment Charter, is helping in some small way.
The company states: "Two of our latest graduate recruits share what makes working here special and some of the opportunities that they are embracing."
Maia Lunt, Junior Chemist explains, “I joined as a junior chemist straight out of university, and from day one I felt trusted to contribute. It’s rare to find a place where you’re encouraged to ask questions, test ideas and actually be part of the creative process, not just follow instructions. I felt I was adding value from the outset. There’s a real sense of pride in seeing something you worked on go all the way to launch. I am attending my first cosmetic exhibition soon and can’t wait to bring my ideas back’.
Fizzy Wilks, Product & Packaging Designer, added “Design here isn’t just about how things look — it’s about how they work and how they feel for the customer. I love that my learnings are being put into practice and I am still being stretched. I am so passionate about this industry and the exposure I get to all types of design work is very exciting’.
Founder, Emma Webber continues, ‘we are delighted with our latest recruits; the energy, intellect and drive is truly inspiring. We are so pleased Fizzy and Maia are part of our team. At Natural Spa Factory, this commitment to culture is at the heart of its growth — proving that when people feel valued and empowered, innovation follows’.
