De Serna joins from REN Clean Skincare (Unilever Prestige) where she held the same position and will be responsible for spearheading Revive Collagen’s e-commerce and digital strategy on a global scale.
With an impressive career spanning both agency and in-house roles, De Serna brings a wealth of experience in managing digital strategy and driving growth for top-tier beauty brands. She has previously held the position of Global Digital Account Director at DentsuX, one of the world’s largest media agencies, where she managed high-profile accounts for global brands such as Apple and Shiseido, including their iconic beauty lines NARS and Laura Mercier.
