The newly created role will focus on streamlining production workflows, enhancing quality control, and supporting strategic projects across the company’s formulation and manufacturing operations. We’re delighted to welcome Fred to the team,” said Jeremy Smith, Owner at Natural Spa Factory.

Fred brings enthusiasm and a wealth of operations and process improvement. His support will be key in helping the business achieve its ambitious goals.

It’s supportive — everyone wants you to succeed. That kind of culture makes you want to give your best. I am still in the early stages of learning about the business and its processes, but I already feel I am part of a team making change in an agile and dynamic operation”
