Actress Nathalie Emmanuel has been named Armani Beauty’s new Global Make-up Ambassador.
The actress, who played Missandei in the Game of Thrones TV series, will front the beauty brand’s Luminous Silk Foundation campaign from January 2025.
"What attracted me to this specific product and this specific project is I love to enhance skin and fresh-faced looks,” Emmanuel told WWD.
Emmanuel, also a brand ambassador for Reebok, began her acting career in the 1990s with various roles in West End productions, including The Lion King.
“In each uniquely different role that she has embodied, her magnetic presence has captivated audiences worldwide,” said Armani Beauty in a statement.
“Nathalie Emmanuel reflects the essence of a modern femininity encapsulating Giorgio Armani‘s make-up philosophy of revealing each person’s unique and inner beauty.”
The ambassador appointment follows Outerbanks actor Chase Stokes and Riverdale star Lili Reinhart starring in a beauty documentary by Armani Beauty.
The pair feature in the short film directed by French director and journalist Loïc Prigent, which focuses on their “passion” for cinema and their relationship with the brand.
The documentary also features actors Beatrice Vendramin, Camila Mendes, Chris Briney, Clara Galle, Isabela Merced, Jackson Yee, Julio Peña and Muhannad Hamdi.
Armani Beauty recently named ex-Lancôme executive Richard Pinabel its new Global Brand President.
Pinabel succeeds Véronique Gautier at the L’Oréal-owned company, who has stepped down after 13 years at the helm.
He will be responsible for taking the brand’s “vision for beauty to new heights”, said L’Oréal Luxe President Cyril Chapuy.
