British multi-brand retailer Flannels has launched its own beauty festival, just one month after entering the cosmetics arena.
From 23-26 August, Flannels Beauty will play host to some of beauty’s biggest names who will be joining the team for masterclasses and Instagram lives.
Famed industry names include MUA to the Kardashians Patrick Ta; YouTuber and Flannels Beauty ambassador Jamie Genevieve; and Lipstick Nick, otherwise known as Nicole Faulkner, the co-founder of Pout Beauty Bar and Morphe’s Director of Global Artistry.
Over the four days customers will be able to join the retailer virtually via flannels.com, where they can also book their place.
Ta will kick off the four days by giving a class on sculpting and how to achieve his signature glow; Irene Forte, the CEO and founder of her namesake skin care brand, will go live via the retailer’s Instagram the day after; Falkner will then take to the website the following day to create a signature glam look; and finally Genevieve will close the festival with her ‘Five Top Makeup Tips’.
Setting new standards for beauty retail, and taking inspiration from its fashion credentials, Flannels joined the beauty space in July with a selection of new UK beauty destinations.
The sites are home to Flannels’ Beauty Changing Rooms, an interactive, digital space for shoppers to test and trial products privately.
The Flannels Beauty Bar offers a space for visitors to discover new products, with a ‘menu’ of new trends, products and beauty collaborations.
When doors open, the first being in Sheffield’s Meadowhall, shoppers will be able to take advantage of the retailer’s Beauty Starring You personal shopping experience.
