Spanning artistry, entrepreneurship, dermatology, fragrance expertise and brand leadership, this year’s judges offer deep knowledge across every corner of the beauty industry.

Adam Reed - Founder, Arkive Headcare and Arkive by Adam Reed

Adam Reed is one of the beauty industry’s most recognisable hair stylists, loved by the beauty press and in demand for shows and session work. As Editorial Ambassador for L’Oreal Professionnel, he shares a long-standing relationship with this product powerhouse. Now focusing on his eponymous Covent Garden salon and his founder role with beauty brand ARKIVE - hair and fashion being the abiding threads that have run throughout his remarkable life and career.
Alice du Parcq - Fragrance writer and presenter

Alice du Parcq is a multi-award-winning fragrance presenter, writer and content creator. She hosts customer events for fragrance brands in store and online. She was a magazine beauty journalist for over 15 years before specialising in fragrance and was named “the UK’s go-to Scentfluencer” by The Sunday Times STYLE.
Dija Ayodele - Skin Care Expert

Dija Ayodele is a skin care expert with nearly two decades of hands-on industry expertise. She is a bestselling author of Black Skin: The Definitive Skincare Guide (Harper Collins, 2021), a Vogue Business Top 100 Beauty Innovator 2024 and an experienced public speaker. Ayodele also previously founded the award-winning Black Skin Directory.
Hannah Martin - Make-up Artist and Beauty Expert

Hannah Martin is a world-renowned makeup artist with more than 20 years of experience across editorial, fashion and celebrity work. Her portfolio includes A-list names such as Helen Mirren, Hannah Waddingham and Nadiya Hussain. Martin is known for her signature bronzed aesthetic, once described by British Vogue Beauty Director Jessica Diner as “glowing and ultimately wearable”.
Jayn Sterland, Country Manager, Weleda UK

Jayn Sterland joined Weleda UK in 2008 and became Managing Director in 2016. A long-standing advocate for sustainable beauty, she serves on the Advisory Board of the British Beauty Council and chairs its Sustainable Beauty Coalition. Sterland also sits on the board of the global B Corp Beauty Coalition and was appointed Vice President of NATRUE in 2025. She is widely recognised for championing sustainability, ethical business and environmental responsibility within the beauty industry.
Jules Von Hep - Beauty Expert & Founder, Isle of Paradise

With more than 20 years in the beauty industry, Jules Von Hep has worked across every side of the beauty business — from backstage, red carpet, television, and editorial, to founding, building, and exiting global beauty brand Isle of Paradise. His unique career bridges hands-on artistry with entrepreneurship, giving him an informed and intuitive eye for innovation, execution, and long-term brand potential.
Dr Priya Verma - Founder & Medical Director, ART Clinic

Dr Priya Verma is a multi-award-winning Aesthetic Doctor, GP and the founder of ART Clinic in Belgravia. Dr Verma has developed her skillset within aesthetic medicine, dedicating time and focus to the science of ageing.
