Essential Parfums was co-founded by Géraldine and Stanislas Archambault in 2018, and has built a reputation in niche perfumery thanks to its transparent storytelling, responsible souring and accessible pricing.
The house has developed a fast-growing international footprint across selected retail partners, directly operated stores and e-commerce.
As part of the transaction, Style Capital will invest alongside the founders, who will retain majority ownership and continue to lead the company.

“We are delighted to welcome Style Capital as a partner in our journey,” said Archambault, co-founder and General Manager of Essential Parfums.
“Their confidence in our vision and team marks an exciting milestone, and strengthens our commitment to building lasting value together.”
In connection with the transaction, Essential Parfums and its shareholders were advised by EKA Partners as financial advisor and Aramis as legal advisor.
Style Capital is a Milan-based private equity firm which specialises in fashion, luxury and lifestyle brands.
Roberta Benaglia, founder and CEO of Style Capital, said investing in Essential Parfums “marks an important step” in the evolution of the company.
“This is our first investment in beauty, and reflects our ambition to expand our focus beyond fashion and luxury,” said Benaglia.
“Backing elevated brands across selected lifestyle categories where creativity, product excellence and international scalability can drive long-term value creation, and a clear example of the direction in which we want to continue developing our platform.”
Style Capital was advised by BIP Law and EY.
