Acqua di Parma re-interprets iconic fragrance for Colonia Sandalo launch

Colonia Sandalo fuses Eastern Asian scents with notes from the traditional Colonia perfume

Acqua di Parma has introduced a new cologne, blending its iconic Colonia fragrance scent with Eastern Asian notes.

The new Colonia Sandalo opens with bergamot, lemon, orange and petitgrain; before moving to heart tones of cardamom and lavender; and a base of Indian sandalwood, tonic bean and amber.

Packaged in a traditional Art Deco bottle featuring dark brown colours, every detail is said to reflect the Italian heritage of the brand.

Available in 100ml (£175) and a larger 180ml (£224), the colognes are packaged by hand with brown tissue paper scented with tobacco tones.

They can be bought online via acquadiparma.com.
