LVMH has named Yann Musquin as Brand Managing Director of its fragrance division.
Musquin will lead the strategic vision for LVMH Fragrance Brands, which includes Parfums Christian Dior, Maison Francis Kurkdjian and Givenchy Parfums.
The appointment follows LVMH fragrance boss Romain Spitzer’s departure for Bottega Veneta.
Confirming the appointment in a LinkedIn post, LVMH Fragrance Brands wrote: “LVMH Fragrance Brands is pleased to announce the appointment of Yann Musquin as Brand Managing Director of LVMH Fragrance Brands, effective 3 August 2026.
“He will be reporting to Véronique Courtois, Chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and of the LVMH Group’s Beauty division.
“In his new role, Yann will lead the strategic vision for LVMH Fragrance Brands, with a clear mission to strengthen the desirability of the Maisons Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums, as well as to develop the LVMH brand portfolio with new fragrance and beauty expressions.
“His extensive experience in fragrances and the beauty world, along with his knowledge of the LVMH Group, are essential assets for his new responsibilities.
“We wish him every success in his new role.”
Musquin has held positions in the LVMH fragrance world since May 2008, when he joined Parfums Christian Dior before working his way up to Dior Fragrances’ International Marketing Director.
He then joined Louis Vuitton as Directeur Parfums et Beauté, alongside his most recent role as Chief Brand Officer, Givenchy Parfums et Beauté.
