The Perfume Shop ranks 16th in Which? 100 Shops Rated survey
Fragrance retailer improves on position last year
The Perfume Shop has been ranked joint 16th in this year’s Which? 100 Shops Rated survey, with a score of 73%.
The retailer also came 5th place in the Toiletries and Cosmetics category and showed an improvement on last year. The results were amassed from a survey held between February and March, which saw 11,274 shoppers give their verdict on 100 high street shops that they had used in the last six months.
Jo Walker, managing director at The Perfume Shop, said: “Our position in the top 20 is a reflection of our staff’s hard work and passion. Which? provides a valuable independent resource and it’s great to hear positive feedback from our customers especially after our recent achievement, where we came 37th in The Times Top 100 Best Companies To Work For this year.
“It is brilliant to be recognised among other well respected retailers and shows that our customers feel we are strong on price and product quality, ensuring a wide choice of perfume for shoppers. Customer service continues to be a top priority across all of our stores and we continually seek to develop our staff, offer expert advice and make perfume accessible to everyone.”
