The retailer has started a campaign to promote its expertise in identifying the right fragrances for its customers

The Perfume Shop (AS Watson) has launched a UK wide campaign to promote its expertise in identifying the right fragrances for its customers. The new campaign, named “Get Fresh” and “Fabulous Florals”, will see the retailer offer its shoppers “perfume makeovers” between 11 July to 7 August.

Female shoppers will be presented with the most popular floral scents purchased by The Perfume Shop’s customers, while male shoppers will be introduced to the top scents from the fresh family of fragrances.

In line with its push to ramp up customer education, The Perfume Shop has also introduced a new learning programme to help its employees learn more about perfume via a Certified Fragrance Sales Specialist (CFSS) course as well as the Michael Edwards Master Class, developed by author Michael Edwards.

“This campaign focuses on helping customers find a perfect match through a sensory experience, showcasing our staff’s expertise while also putting customers at the heart of our business,” said Keran Fordham, Commercial Director.
