Rewards Club to boost customer spending


The Perfume Shop is to launch a customer loyalty programme this autumn, which will offer members reward points, exclusive product promotions and other offers.

The Rewards Club will enable customers in the UK and Ireland to collect one perfume point for every £1 they spend in store. UK customers will also be able to collect points at The Perfume Shop’s ecommerce site. Once 100 points have been collected, members will receive a £5 voucher, which can be redeemed against a future perfume purchase. Additional promotions including double points and supplier offers will also feature, along with a quarterly magazine. Reward cards can be collected in store and then activated at home on line.

“Most consumers buy two perfume products a year on average and the aim of the Rewards Club is to lock in that third purchase,” explained Matt Walburn, marketing director, The Perfume Shop. “We look forward to rewarding our most loyal customers, creating a more personal dialogue with our members and working in partnership with our suppliers to provide even greater value for our card holders.”
