The Deciem-owned beauty brand has decreased the price of eight products in Mexico, while it plans to ‘align’ its prices in Korea with other global markets

The Ordinary has taken to social media to announce 2025 price adjustments in two markets – Korea and Mexico.

The Deciem-owned company said the change is part of its ongoing commitment to “sensible pricing”, managing its costs “in order to keep skin care accessible to as many people as possible”.

In Korea, adjustments will be made “to align prices with other global markets, ensuring fairness and consistency across all regions,” read a statement from The Ordinary, which was posted on Instagram.

This will come into effect from 18 February.

In Mexico, a price decrease has been announced across eight of the brand’s “most-loved” products.

The Ordinary said the move will reduce the price of these formulations by an average of 10%.

This price decrease has been effective since 15 January.

Across the rest of the world The Ordinary’s prices “will largely remain the same”.

A statement from The Ordinary read: “Our brand DNA is to be authentic and transparent with you, our customers.

“We know the global economic landscape is still uncertain, and many continue to face challenges due to the rising cost of living.

“Our promise is to keep our prices sensible and accessible so that our customers can build skin care regimens with innovative, ingredient-led formulations which are not a luxury, but part of their every day.

“Because quality skin care belongs to everybody.”

The Ordinary recently launched a website which grants free access to white papers as part of its commitment to transparency in the beauty industry.

It aims to bust common skin myths, with original papers and explainers from scientists.
