The Care & Wellness Division sits within the German chemical company’s Scent & Care segment, combining its expertise across cosmetic ingredients, health actives and biotics.
It sees the company shift from category-based offerings towards a “connected care approach” as it looks to “amplify innovation” across beauty, personal care, biotics, supplements and pet health.
