Susanne Kaufmann appoints Estée Lauder veteran as CEO

Kerry Evans brings 20 years of beauty industry experience at the likes of Avon, MAC Cosmetics, Jo Malone London and Bobbi Brown

Austrian skin care brand Susanne Kaufmann has named cosmetics industry veteran Kerry Evans as its new CEO.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the beauty industry, Evans has held a number of managerial roles, most recently as Global Brand Director at Avon.

During her time at Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) she was responsible for growing brands including Jo Malone London, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and Estée Lauder in South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa.

She has also served as VP and General Manager for MAC Cosmetics and La Mer in the UK and Republic of Ireland. 

Evans will now use her experience to grow Susanne Kaufmann’s global business and drive its market share.

Founded by Kaufmann in 2003, the brand sells a range of skin care and body products that are formulated with locally sourced Alpine flora from Austria’s Bregenzerwald region, alongside other natural ingredients.

The brand also operates several spa destinations throughout Europe and Asia.
