Roses are red, violets are blue… and these floral fragrances are making a comeback.
For a long time the classic notes unfairly gained the reputation of being too ‘outdated’ and ‘stuffy’ – essentially, perfumes for grandmothers.
But rose has undergone a transformation, as new launches by luxury beauty houses have shunned parma violets and powdered hues for something anything but old fashioned.
