Sephora UK is set to open its first-ever Ireland location as it continues to accelerate its UK expansion plans.
The 2,550sqft store will open in the Victoria Square shopping district in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
It marks Sephora UK’s 13th store opening since launching in 2022 – when it returned to the UK market – and is its first store opening of 2026.
The Belfast location will open on 12 February and comes as Sephora UK ramps up its expansion plans, aiming to reach 20 sites by the end of 2026.
The retailer has set up shop in a number of the UK’s leading shopping destinations, including Liverpool ONE, Cardiff’s St Davids, Manchester Arndale and Westfield London.

What is happening at Sephora UK’s Belfast store opening?
In true Sephora UK style, Irish beauty lovers can expect a big moment from the retailer as it opens its first store in Ireland.
While minimal details have been revealed so far, customers can expect entertainment from local talent, local culinary treats and in-queue experiences.
Instead of offering a goodie bag to those queuing, shoppers visiting the store between 12 February to 15 February will receive a ‘Beauty Bonus Card’ upon making a purchase.
These cards will give shoppers the opportunity to win a variety of on-the-spot prizes, including full-size products, exclusive discounts, Sephora merchandise and coveted Sephora goodie bags.
Where is Sephora UK opening new stores in 2026?
While full details have not been shared for the retailer’s 2026 plans, Boyd revealed to Cosmetics Business last year that the retailer is aiming to have 20 sites open by the end of year – one year earlier than planned.
Sephora UK has already confirmed a location within Bristol’s Cabot Circus shopping centre is set to open doors later this spring.
While no date has been set, the Bristol store will be set in a 4,660sqft location within the shopping centre.
