Revlon Group has appointed former Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) executive Amber Garrison to lead its Elizabeth Arden brand and global fragrance category.
Garrison has more than two decades of leadership experience – 12 years in beauty and seven with leading global brands – with a deep understanding of brand transformation, global strategy and consumer engagement.
This C-suite shake-up comes at a “pivotal moment” for Revlon, as it looks to further accelerate its digital-first transformation and innovation strategy after emerging from Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2023.
Revlon has fragrance licenses with singers Ice Spice and Christina Aguilera, as well as American lifestyle brand Juicy Couture and luxury streetwear brand Palm Angels.
The group is also the owner of beauty brands Revlon, Elizabeth Arden, Mitchum and Almay.
“On behalf of our board and executive leadership team, I am excited to welcome Amber to Revlon,” said Michelle Peluso, CEO of Revlon, who joined the company in 2024.
“She brings strategic clarity, brand-building brilliance and deep empathy for consumers.
“Her leadership is a strong complement to our team as we unlock the full potential of Elizabeth Arden and our fragrance business globally.
“With Amber on board, we are solidifying a world-class leadership team that is shaping Revlon’s next chapter.”
Garrison most recently served as Global Brand President of ELC-owned Origins, where she led the natural skin care brand’s innovation and digital acceleration.
Before that, she worked as Global Brand President for hair care brand Bumble and Bumble, which is also owned by ELC.
Garrison will be based in Revlon’s New York, US, office and will collaborate with cross-functional teams around the world to drive innovation, accelerate growth and deepen brand love.
“I am thrilled to join Revlon at this pivotal moment of transformation to lead these significant pillars of growth,” said Garrison.
“Elizabeth Arden is an iconic brand, and for 115 years it has stood at the intersection of innovation, science, beauty and empowerment.
“I am honoured to lead Elizabeth Arden's next chapter, building on its rich legacy with bold storytelling, breakthrough product innovation and a relentless focus on consumers.
“In fragrance, Revlon’s portfolio continues to generate momentum that we will accelerate by creating unforgettable scent experiences that resonate across generations.
“I cannot wait to join the team and shape the future together.”
This leadership appointment coincides with celebrations of Elizabeth Arden’s founding in 1910.
This includes a new brand spokesperson launch in China and a consumer event in New York City.
