The US make-up brand has been heavily ramping up its fragrance partnerships in 2025 to revitalise the division and appeal to a new generation of beauty consumers

Revlon has inked a new licensing agreement to create fragrances for streetwear brand Palm Angels.

The US make-up brand will create fragrance lines for both men and women, as well as scented ancillary products for the Italian fashion business.

The line is expected to launch in 2027.

“This partnership with one of Europe’s most exciting fashion brands is both transformative and full of potential for Revlon,” said Michelle Peluso, CEO of Revlon.

“As we focus on accelerating Revlon’s fragrance business, Palm Angels is a fantastic partner who will help us reach new, prestige audiences, in new geographies and across new distribution channels.

“The Palm Angels team has built a highly engaged following, and together, I look forward to serving them further through this landmark fragrance deal.”

The deal also aims to expand the fashion brand’s product offerings to more audiences on a global scale.

“We are thrilled to partner with Revlon to create Palm Angels' first permanent fragrance collection,” added Joey Gabbay, CEO of Bluestar Alliance, the parent company of Palm Angels.

“Revlon’s expertise and capabilities will allow us to enter the fragrance business with confidence.

“Palm Angels has always aimed to create a lifestyle experience for our customers rooted in street culture that extends beyond clothing, and fragrance is a natural next step to shaping this world upon the brand’s tenth anniversary.”

Revlon has been heavily ramping up its fragrance partnerships in 2025.

This forms part of a broader strategy to revitalise its fragrance division and appeal to a new generation of beauty consumers.

The company signed a global licensing partnership with four-time Grammy-nominated artist Ice Spice in May.

Under the deal, Ice Spice will co-develop a bespoke fragrance line with Revlon, with the first launch expected in 2026.

Revlon also renewed its partnership with Juicy Couture’s owner, Authentic Brands Group, in April.

This will see the US cosmetics brand continue to produce and market the label’s fragrances globally.
