NYX Professional Makeup and Pinterest have partnered for a pop-up that is set to bring to life the “Gimme Gummy” trend highlighted in the platform’s recent Pinterest Predicts 2026 report.

The Gimme Gummy Bar will open today (20 February) at Westfield Century City, Los Angeles, US, showcasing NYX Professional Makeup’s new Jelly Job lip gloss – a K-beauty–inspired, non-sticky gloss with a bouncy, glassy finish.

The Gen Z-targeted activation is inspired by the trend’s ASMR-driven aesthetic, which is defined by bendy textures, glossy finishes, rubberised details and tactile design.

The trend reflects a broader consumer shift toward comfort, customisation, and sensory play in response to trend fatigue and overstimulation, according to Pinterest’s report.

“The pop-up was designed to translate a high cultural trend into a tangible and engaging brand moment,” Ana McMahon, GM of NYX Professional Makeup US, told Cosmetics Business.
