Lottie London targets Gen Z with new app

Product drops and limited-edition collections will be available to purchase exclusively on the app 24-hours before other retailers

Lottie London has launched a dedicated shoppable app across all Apple and Android devices.

The free app will feature all of the brand’s available to purchase products, alongside exclusive discounts and in-app promotions.

The brand, which sells cruelty-free and vegan make-up, said the expanded digital offering will help to further engage with its ‘digitally minded’ Gen Z customer base.

“We are thrilled to be bringing Lottie London to the fingertips of our customers with the launch of our first ever app,” said Laura Hanku, Head of E-commerce ,at Lottie London.

“Smart devices and having the instant connection to brands has been with this customer base since birth, so it’s a no-brainer that we need to bring this to Lottie London fans.”

To celebrate the launch, the latest edition of the Lottie London Freckle Tint will be exclusively launched in the UK on the app.

Lottie London said it has also built up a global #LottieSquad of beauty experts, taste makers and enthusiasts, celebrating diversity, inclusion and creativity.

“The app will be a really special place for our #LottieSquad to engage with and offer exclusive in-app promotions, quick checkout and ease interaction with our customers. We can’t wait for you to be able to download and get shopping,” Hanku added.
