Harrods unveils new beauty loyalty programme for H Beauty customers

Luxury retailer Harrods new rewards scheme, MyBeauty, will give H Beauty customers exclusive member-only offers and promotions on luxury beauty products

British department store Harrods has launched a new rewards scheme, MyBeauty, for its H Beauty customers, giving them exclusive access to member-only offers and promotions on luxury beauty products. 

MyBeauty, an extension to the luxury retailer’s existing Harrods Rewards programme, will give beauty-loving customers access to new launches before anyone else, as well as points on purchases, access to events and promotions on services throughout the year. 

MyBeauty will be tailored to H Beauty customers in all H Beauty locations across the UK, as well as online, as the luxury retailer continues to build its beauty hall empire.

The Qatar-owned company now has five dedicated beauty destinations and only cut the ribbon on its first outlet at Lakeside, Essex, in September 2020. 

Harrods is celebrating the launch of the loyalty scheme further by offering MyBeauty members free tickets to The H Beauty Carnival, which includes masterclasses, live music, build-your-own goody bags, beauty vending machines and a champagne bar. 

The event will run in all H Beauty stores on consecutive weekends throughout October and November. 

Director of Beauty at Harrods, Annalise Fard, said: “With the launch of MyBeauty, we aim to connect with our extensive beauty community and offer a shopping experience and benefits uniquely tailored to them.  

“With this in mind, we have created this beauty expansion of the Harrods Rewards programme to enhance our offering to our loyal beauty customers, in store, online and across all our H beauty locations. 

“We have worked extensively to create a beauty loyalty proposition that will support the long-term engagement of our customers across all Harrods beauty channels, while complementing our existing Harrods Rewards programme.” 

Customers can only access the scheme if they are signed up to the retailer’s original Harrods Rewards programme.
