While most beauty and fashion brands are jumping on the NFT hype to promote new launches, or CSR initiatives, how the technology can garner consumer loyalty is still a new frontier. 

But Shiseido hopes to change all of that with what it is calling a 'world first' AI-powered NFT community programme.
