Esi Eggleston Bracey, Chief Marketing and Growth Officer at Unilever, is set to exit the company in January 2026 after eight years.
Eggleston Bracey joined Unilever in 2018 to lead Beauty & Personal Care for North America and was elevated to the top job in 2023.
She is credited with helping spearhead the way Unilever markets its brands and engages with consumers, as well as redefining how the company builds demand globally.
Leandro Barreto will expand his current role of Chief Marketing Officer for Unilever’s Beauty & Wellbeing Business Group from 1 January.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Unilever and Beauty & Wellbeing, his remit will expand to take accountability for Unilever’s enterprise-wide marketing agenda, the company said in a statement.
“I would like to thank Esi for her significant contribution to Unilever and wish her every success in the next chapter of her career,” said Fernando Fernandez, CEO of Unilever.
“With strong groundwork now in place, I know Leandro will make a big impact in his expanded role as we accelerate desire at scale and turn Unilever into a true marketing and sales machine.”
