Colour cosmetics and at home beauty consultant brand Mary Kay has appointed Deborah Gibbins, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, as its new Chief Operating Officer.
In her new role Gibbins will be responsible for its global supply chain and research and development sectors.
As well as her new endeavours, she will continue to oversee the finance, public affairs and strategic planning of the brand.
She said: “I am honoured to serve in a new capacity as Chief Operating Officer.
“This is an exciting time for Mary Kay as our company celebrates 55 years of inspiring and empowering entrepreneurs around the world.”
Gibbins first joined the brand in 2013, prior to which she spent 17 years in senior roles at food and beverage giant PepsiCo.
