Kylie Cosmetics has made its debut in India.
The Coty-owned company partnered with House of Beauty, an omnichannel distributor that works to bring beauty brands to India, which helped to coordinate the launch.
The skin care and make-up hybrid is now available exclusively in 25 Sephora India stores nationwide and via sephora.in.
"I am so excited to launch Kylie Cosmetics in India – I created Kylie Cosmetics to give my fans access to the make-up products that I use and love, and I can't wait to share my collection with all my fans in India," said Kylie Jenner, founder of Kylie Cosmetics.
The brand’s Matte and Velvet Lip Kits, as well as more recently launched products such as the Precision Pout Lip Liner, are included in the launch collection.
Also featured are the Power Plush Longwear Foundation, Kylash Volume Mascara, Power Plush Longwear Concealer and Tinted Butter Balm.
“The wait is over! @kyliecosmetics is now in India,” Sephora India wrote in an Instagram post.
“Get your hands on the most iconic products, exclusively in-stores and online.”
India’s beauty market has been gaining increased attention in recent years, with businesses and brand founders looking to gain market share in the country.
Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty penned a deal with beauty retailer Nykaa in March for its own debut in the country.
This was contrary to reports that the brand founder would be launching with Sephora.
European beauty giants have also invested in India, with Chanel opening its first beauty shop in Mumbai in January 2024.
Sephora also partnered with India’s The Reliance Retail Group to boost its reach in the country.
