Kim Kardashian’s Skims is stirring conversation around its hotly-anticipated beauty line across social media.
Fans of the entrepreneur’s shapewear and lifestyle brand believe Kardashian is giving a hint of what is to come from Skims Beauty through the fabrics and prints featured in her clothing line’s collaboration with artist Aurel Schmidt.
This comes as a number of Skims clothing items have launched in a new limited edition print designed by Schmidt.
They feature motifs of a lipstick, lip liner, make-up brushes, concealer and more reminiscent of Kardashian’s KKW Beauty, which ceased operations in 2021, but reimagined with Skims branding.
A TikTok video from beauty influencer Glamzilla, real name Stephanie Valentine, highlighted how Skims is hinting at past products in its prints using the brand’s Classic Hoodie in the ‘Snow In My Bag’ colourway as a reference.
In the video, Glamzilla said: “KKW Beauty is coming back and I know it, I know it, I have a feeling, I can sense it.
“Let us talk about this.
“So last year, Kim Kardashian said she was gonna come out with Skims Beauty.
“Tell me why I was on the Skims website, and this was the sweater for sale.
“I bought it because of the lipstick.
“If you are new here, let me break it down for you.
“So, this lipstick right here, this lipstick right here launched when KKW [Beauty] originally launched.
“Same with this lip liner.

“And then Coty got involved with KKW Beauty, okay.
“So this is their lip gloss in Nude One that they launched.
“And then this is their other lipstick – I believe it was a satin lipstick.
“Why would Kim ever put that on a sweater if Kim was not gonna give us Skims Beauty?
“Yes, and you know what? Tracy, her best friend, just got promoted to Chief Communications Officer.
“So, yeah, Skims Beauty is coming.
“Get ready, get ready, get ready.”
This launch comes after Kardashian has promoted friend and former Executive VP of Communications and Entertainment Tracy Nguyen Romulus to Chief Communications Officer of Skims.
In late 2025, Kardashian confirmed the launch of Skims Beauty on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, stating that Skims Beauty “is coming next. And that is going to be so fucking major”.
The brand also tapped Ami Colé founder Diarrha N'Diaye-Mbaye in November 2025, naming her as Executive VP Beauty as the brand gears up to grow its beauty offering.
That same month saw Skims valued at US$5bn after a fresh round of investment.
This is Kardashian’s third attempt at a comeback in beauty.
She also launched the now-closed SKKN in 2022, which offered skin care, make-up, fragrance and home ware.
