As this season’s shows drew to a close, a question about the future of Fashion Weeks was left hanging in the air. Immediately after the catwalk show finished in February, Burberry changed its window display to show the new collection, instead of waiting the usual six months. The move comes after the Council of Fashion Designers of America announced that it was considering shaking up the format of New York Fashion Week in the same way.
